Moving Process
New Tenant Move-In Process
Our team works diligently to ensure new tenants have a positive move-in experience while keeping you informed and up-to-date every step of the way. We handle everything; from signing the lease to collecting funds and completing a comprehensive move-in inspection that can all be easily accessed and tracked through your owner portal account.
Collection of Funds
All move-in money and security deposits will be collected prior to the scheduled move-in and can be tracked via your portal account.
Lease Preparation & Signing
Before moving in, all new tenants must sign the lease and provide any other documents that need to be collected or signed prior to move-in.
New Tenant Orientation
Property Managers provide an orientation to all new tenants. The lease and policies will be reviewed and tenants will receive a Tenant Handbook.
Receive Keys & Move-In
Tenants will receive keys, remotes, codes, and any other important information they will need for their new home or community.
Move-In Inspection
You will not find a more comprehensive move-in inspection. Third Party Inspectors conduct a comprehensive inspection report with 360° Photos and Videos that detail the exact condition on the property at the time of move-in.
- Final Move-In Inspection will be emailed to owner upon completion
- Any items that need to be addressed or resolved will brought to owners attention
- Reports will remain accessible via Owner Portal and will serve as a valuable resource upon move-out
