Property Turnover
& Oversight

Once a tenant has moved out, our team conducts a move-out inspection within 3 days. Using 360° Video & Photos a comprehensive report will outline the exact condition and  scope of work that should be completed prior to  a new tenant moving -in.  Additionally, our team oversees the turnover process to ensure work is completed properly and in a timely manner.
