Title One Management is a full-service management and leasing firm specializing in single family residential properties.
We currently manage property in 12 metropolitan Atlanta counties, with a focus on the northern and northwestern corridors
including: Bartow, Gordon, Paulding, Cobb, Cherokee, Douglas, Fulton, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Clayton, Carroll and Polk counties.
Who we are
In 2005, three friends and business associates came together with a common problem: they all had
large personal real estate portfolios and were completely dissatisfied with the way their properties
were being managed.
These three friends felt they could build a better mousetrap. Initially, the thought was to manage
only the properties they owned, but quickly discovered other friends with similar issues.
As business grew, it became apparent this would not be a "hands off" venture.
In 2007, Title One Management was born. Since those humble beginnings, our
focus has been to provide the highest possible level of service in the industry.
How are we different? Having been "the customer" for so many years, and now with more than 24 years of "in-the-trenches"
land-lording experience, we bring a unique perspective as to what property owners want and expect in a manager.
Meet the team
Robert Gilstrap is a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of Title One Realty and Title One Management.
After having served in the US Air Force; he started several companies in the telecommunications industry while simultaneously investing in real estate. Robert has been an active landlord and investor for over 25 years; he is active in several local investor groups and has taught on numerous topics involving Georgia Landlord Tenant Law, what it takes to be a landlord in Georgia, asset protection, entity structuring, using land trusts and Personal Property Trusts, and many more.Robert is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers “NARPM” at both the local and national level. Robert has served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Chapter since 2011 and served as President of the Atlanta chapter in 2014.
Christian is a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Broker and General Manager of Title 1 Management and Title 1 Realty. Christian comes to us after spending several years with the Atlanta Office of Ray White Property Management where he was the qualifying broker and Senior Property Manager.
Christian has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as an attorney, a real estate broker and property manager. During his practice, Christian was called upon to represent property owners, builders, property management firms, buyers and sellers. He also dealt with mortgage originators, appraisers and home inspectors. This wide range of experience has given him an intimate knowledge of the real estate industry from all sides of the table. Christian’s specialty is working with overseas real estate investors.
Judy has been with Title One for 5 years. Her previous working experience included 17 years of banking in Bank Operations including bookkeeping and customer service.
Judy has an Associates degree in Accounting and is near completion of her Bachelors in Finance.
When not spending time at the office, Judy enjoys time with her blended family doing anything outdoors especially at the lake camping and kayaking, watching GA football and watching the kids play sports.
Alex has worked as a maintenance man for the past 4 years.
He has experience doing electrical work, plumbing and general residential maintenance. In addition to the above experience, he has completed countless projects on his own home.
He enjoys handyman work for several reasons, but the main one is the great satisfaction he gets from identifying an issue and repairing it before it causes major problems.
Buck & Tracy Moore
Title 1 Realty Sales
They are real estate agents specializing in acquisitions and liquidations with their current client base at Title One.
As a 20 year veteran of real estate investing, Buck is uniquely positioned to understand an investor’s needs and to help investors with different strategies.
Buck has been with Title One for 3 years and Tracy joined him in 2019. They enjoy traveling and studying other real estate markets and climates and looking for unique opportunities for our clients.
Renovations Manager - 5 Star Field Services
Tony has worked with Title One for over 3 years.
He was a Navy Veteran who served 6 years with Honorable Discharge.
He has been a certified home inspector since 2007, Certified Mold inspector & IAQ2 (Indoor Air Quality) certified and EPA Certified Lead Based Paint Program (LRRP) Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Certified. AHIT (American Home Inspector Technology) Certified, Active Member of the Atlanta Chapter of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.).
He loves doing Karaoke, honey beekeeping, hunt and fishing.
Inspector & Estimator - 5 Star Field Services
Mark has over twenty-five years experience in property management. That makes him a veteran in the industry. He has a strong background in maintenance with experience in implementing preventive maintenance programs, working on rehabs, contract bidding and negotiating.
Mark’s main focus at Title One Management is troubleshooting maintenance issue prior to assigning the work order and dispatching vendors.
Mark also assist our rehab department with pricing and inspecting the progress of work. Mark also served our Country in the US Air Force.
Over the time, Daniel has accumulated over 6 years of experience in different fields of accounting, such as condominiums, rental property management, real estate brokers, etc.
He also has experience dealing with anti-money laundering laws and compliance.
Outside of work, he likes to go to the movies, play the guitar and learn new things.
Leo joined Title One Management in 2019 as Leasing Coordinator, where He assists new clients in finding the perfect home and becoming new tenants. He has over 15 years experience in Tech Support, Marketing and Public Relations covering a broad field including the technical and entertainment industries.
He was born and raised in Southern California. Always having a high level of integrity and passion about his professional and personal life.
He Loves to Crossfit, Dancing and always up for an adrenaline rush (bungee jumping, skydiving).
Shannon Nagy is the newest member of the Title One Suites team. Her lifetime experience in customer service makes her one of the most valuable and skilled assets in delivering the best assistance to our clients.
She has three -very active- children, who are talented in multiple sports, like football, lacrosse, basketball, and cheer. When she is not at a game or at practice, she loves hanging out with her family and watching sports. Her numerous hobbies include reading and repurposing furniture (which she loves doing).
Marketing Content Creator
Gibran joined the Title One Management team in 2019, as a Marketing Content Creator. Having finished his studies in animation and visual effects. He started working with us on March 2019.
He is in charge of any visual add, graphic, video or promotion on our social media and website. To get more reach and give the quality of promotion your property deserves.
He has worked in the television industry, and likes everything related to books, writing, design, movies and good stories in general. He is an easy going person and he loves to spend his time creating designs.
Jose joined our team in 2019 as Resident Coordinator, where he assists and coordinates all clients requests; including move ins, move outs and general inquiries. His area of expertise is sales and customer service.
He was raised in Atlanta. His Personal Goal is to give the best of him in everything he does and accomplish what he sets his mind to. Some curious facts about Jose are that he has worked with a few celebrities as green room assistant and was an extra for a tv show.
He loves Soccer and Football, as well as traveling and being outdoors with his dogs.
Jose Alejandro Castellanos
Originally from Brooklyn, New york; Jose Alejandro has been with Title One Management since July 1st, 2020; working as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager.
He handles office and administrative support functions, responds to client inquiries and ensures proper follow-up. He secures the daily management of several Homeowners Associations and helps in the coordination of the maintenance team’s daily tasks.
Having spent two years of college in Business Administration, he specializes in the area of administration and management.
Jose served in the US Army from 2003 to 2012, and started in the business of property management in 2014. He has managed beachfront condominiums in Bahia de Banderas, Nuevo Vallarta and Punta de Mita, Nayarit in Mexico.
He likes spending quality time with his kids. Play Xbox with his son and help his daughter with her homework. He likes to exercise, hike, go to rivers and visit other cities and tourist areas.
He is an avid reader and enjoys practicing his writing and grammar.
